Rod - Chef and Pub Manager
Rod trained in classic French cuisine at the London Cordon Bleu college and then worked alongside a Michelin Chef at Chase Manhattan in London. He returned home to work at Llangoed Hall before embarking on a round the world 'chefs' tour working in Sydney, Thailand, Los Angeles before returning back to the UK.

Rod built up an enviable reputation for the menus he has cooked at the White Swan Llanfrynach, Griffin at Llyswen and Nino's in Hay before setting up his own restaurant, the Pear Tree.

Mel - Bar Manager
Mel joins the Three Tuns to run our Front of House. Refered to by our regulars as the best bar man ever, we are sure you will agree.

Elaine - Head Waitress
Elaine and her team know our menu inside out and take great pleasure in sampling the latest additions! Being local, Elaine knows everyone in Hay and is always bright and breezy.

Beth - Chef de Partie
Total dedication to her role Beth brings calm and serenity to a busy and hectic Kitchen. Pasionate about food (she is working in the right place) and makes chocolate brownies to die for !

Jo - Front of House
Jo is an absolute natural as a host and works tirlessly hard to ensure that your expereince at the Three Tuns is a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Gethyn - Bar Staff
Gethyn joins us working in his vacations from studying for his degree. Our resident cheeky chappy he takes looking after of team of fifteen stunningly attractive ladies very seriously ! Gethyn is a natural behind the bar and great fun to work with.

Mel - Bar Staff
Australian Mel is in the UK for 18 months - we hope she stays a lot longer!
