Simon Cooke
Head Chef
Simon's training began in his home county of Herefordshire, where he took on a number of Sous Chef roles in some of the finest restaurants and hotels, progressing to Head Chef.
Simon is also a trained butcher and uses his knowledge to create a wide range of dishes using a variety of cuts of meat.
Passionate about using local ingredients, he has forged strong links with local farmers and butchers.
Simon is now settled in Wales and joins the Three Tuns as Head Chef; we are delighted to have him on board.

Jo has been with us from day one. She is an absolute natural as a host and works tirelessly with her team to ensure that your experience at the Three Tuns is a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Hard working Rosie has been with us almost from the start and works at an amazing speed to ensure that your food is always served perfectly and on time.

Total dedication to his role, Jason brings calm and serenity to a busy and hectic kitchen. Passionate about food (he is in the right place) and makes homemade Pizza's to die for!
