Daniel Bowley
Head Chef

Daniel Bowley started his career at the prestigious Leftbankof Hereford at aged 18, where he worked front of house as a conference and banqueting assistant. He then moved on to work with Bourne Leisure at the Warner hotels, where he gained a huge passion for the hospitality industry.

At aged 21 he Landed a Trainee Assistant Manager Role with Brent House Hotels, where he would later be promoted to Assistant Manager. After many happy years with Brent House Hotels, Daniel moved to Bristol to work as an assistant manager at newly opened airport hotel, Winford Manor.

After moving back to Hereford, Daniel thought he would turn his hand to the kitchen. So he joined the Tram Inn Eardisley as head chef back in 2010, and had many very successful years there. Now he is set to take the Three Tuns to the next level, he is relishing the challenge and is thrilled to be apart of our amazing team.

Jo has been with us from day one. She is an absolute natural as a host and works tirelessly with her team to ensure that your experience at the Three Tuns is a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Hard working Rosie has been with us almost from the start and works at an amazing speed to ensure that your food is always served perfectly and on time.

Sous Chef

Total dedication to his role, Jason brings calm and serenity to a busy and hectic kitchen. Passionate about food (he is in the right place) and makes homemade Pizza's to die for!

Bar Staff

Maddie brings service with a smile! Great fun to work with and always on the go.
