Jonathon Lawson - Head Chef
Jonathon's training began in Stratford-Upon-Avon, where he took on a number of Sous Chef roles in some of the finest restaurants and hotels. After a stint in London managing banqueting and large functions, he returned to Stratford to continue gaining skills before becoming a Head Chef in a prestigious establishment.
Jonathon is now settled in Wales and joins the Three Tuns as Head Chef; we are delighted to have him on board.

Jo - Bar Manager
Jo is an absolute natural as a host and works tirelessly to ensure that your experience at the Three Tuns is a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Elaine - Head Waitress
Elaine and her team know our menu inside out and take great pleasure in sampling the latest additions! Being local, Elaine knows everyone in Hay and is always bright and breezy.

Mike - Sous Chef
Total dedication to his role, Mike brings calm and serenity to a busy and hectic kitchen. Passionate about food (he is in the right place) and makes homemade Pizza's to die for!

Rosie - Waitress
Hard working Rosie has been with us almost from the start and works at an amazing speed to ensure that your food is always served perfectly and on time.

Gethyn - Bar Staff
Gethyn joins us working in his vacations from studying for his degree. Our resident cheeky chappy he takes looking after of team of fifteen stunningly attractive ladies very seriously ! Gethyn is a natural behind the bar and great fun to work with.
